We pride ourselves on a rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. All orders from mainland UK are normally shipped within 48 hours, for all orders placed by 1:00pm. Please make sure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. If you would like to order and you are outside mainland UK please contact us.

Occasionally we may not be able to accept your order or part of your order. The most likely reasons for this are that the authorisation of your payment failed or we do not have sufficient stock to cover your order. In the unlikely event of this happening you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. All our orders are despatched from our warehouse in good condition. If your goods have been damaged in transit or you wish to return any product for any reason you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any non-damaged returns must be full boxes in good condition a restocking fee of £10.00 is applicable. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods but not if the order is simply unwanted. Please contact us straight away to arrange any returns.
